Successful Spring Santa Clara Show, Date Change Announced for 2007
(Santa Clara, CA) – Heavy rain in the Bay Area did not dampen the enthusiasm at the Santa Clara Coin, Stamp & Collectibles Expo, March 30 – April 1, in the Santa Clara, California Convention Center.
“We had more than 3,800 collectors and dealers despite thunderstorms during the entire second day of the show. Many people braved the nasty weather to attend the eBay buying and selling seminars conducted by Troy Thoreson and to see a display of the finest known set of 1915 Panama-Pacific International Exposition commemorative coins,” said Ronald J. Gillio, Expo General Chairman.
Superior Galleries of Beverly Hills, California conducted the official auction during the show, generating $2.4 million in winning bids.
The next Santa Clara Expo will be held November 16 – 19.
Gillio announced the dates for next year’s spring show have been changed to April 19 – 22, 2007.
